Brickwork mortar ratio under DPC 1:6
Ratio of cement, sand and crush in DPC, floor PCC, lintel level beam, shade and slabs is 1:2:4.
DPC thickness is 3".
Brickwork mortar ratio above DPC in 9" thick wall is 1:5.
Ratio of cement and sand in plaster is 1:4.
3mm membrane is used for DPC water proofing.
Brickwork mortar ratio above DPC in 4.5" thick wall is 1:4.
Earth filling (pure gas)
Termite Proofing with best quality... Mirage, Jaffer,
Mixing of mortar / Concrete is only mixed by mixer machine.
Main gate and grilles not include in grey structure.
Bridge Structural Design
All work will be done under the supervision of professional engineer.
All parapets wall will be max. 2.5' only in brick work otherwise concrete work will be charged with understandings.
Roof treatment (bitumen coating + polythene sheet + soil (clay) + tasso tile)
Network for termite proofing will be provided for permanent injection.
